Hike Great Wall Gubeikou Day Trip
This day trip will let you hike from Gubeikou to Jinshanling on the ancient Great Wall near Beijing.
Beijing Great Wall Hiking is a best way to know the ancient military construction, this day trip is from Gubeikou to Jinshanling. There are well-preserved original Walls that is leading to the top of the mountains.
Itinerary
Our guide will pick up from your hotel in Beijing in the morning, and drive 3 hours to Gubeikou near Beijing where you will star your hiking tour on the well-known Great Wall. On the way, you will view the countryside and the imposing mountain scenery, and the Great Wall extending like a dragon up and down on the top of the hills. From Gubeikou to Jinshanling, the distance is around 10km. It takes around 4--5 hours on foot. It is a best way to know the imposing Chinese construction.
Lunch will be picnic on the Wall, enjoying the mountain view while having picnic.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing where this day trip concludes.
